This lovely dryland tree has the most spectacular bark.

A hardy, upright gum with large green, yellow flowers during late summer and autumn. Low rainfall requirements - 300mm

An unusual shrub growing to 1 metre with sandpaper like leaves and a distinct scent.

Flowers
Flowers appear during late summer and autumn as well as sporadically throughout the year. Native blue bees frequent this plant.

(hop goodenia)

Bright yellow flowers adorn this plant for much of autumn and winter. Upright shrub to 2 metres. SA species.

(sticky goodenia)

An excellent mounding plant growing to 0.6 metres high and spreading to 1.5 metres. Hardy to most soils and conditions. SA species.

(Sturt's desert rose)

A widespread species which grows best in drier climates. It has lovely grey blue foliage and grows up to 2 metres.

A lovely species from the east coast. Needs to be protected from frost to succeed in Adelaide.

A hardy large growing grevillea growing up to 6 metres in height. Prefers acid soils with a moderate rainfall.

Fine green foliage and bright red flowers make an unbeatable combination. Hardy to most soils and situations.

An excellent dryland form collected from Monarto in SA. Hardy, dense growing small shrub that tolerates extended dry periods.

Smaller foliage than the original form. It has the same low spreading habit with brighter pink spider flowers. Adaptable to most soils in a full sun position.

A well known favourite, also known as Mason's Hybrid. A long flowering, dense shrub, growing up to 2 metres high, with a spread of up to 2.5 metres.
Click to see a bigger photo! Grevillea 'Poorinda Queen' Hardy and adaptable to most soil types, it prefers a sunny position to flower best. Excellent for screening and hedging.

This old favourite is hard to beat. Adaptable to most soils in an open sunny position or part shade.

Fine leaf form (silky grevillea)

A long flowering plant from the east coast, often starting in April and not stopping until November. Bird attracting.

A vigorous climber from WA that prefers acid to slightly alkaline soils. Profuse flowering.

Fast growing climber with small bunches of white pea flowers, appearing from late autumn to winter. Prefers acid to slightly alkaline soils.

A very popular climber. Fast growing, it will spread up to 4 metres. Adaptable to most soils and conditions.
